Service Description

Martin Consulting works with states, districts and schools to address a wide spectrum of school improvement needs.  Martin Consulting provides personalized, job-embedded, ongoing professional development to enhance professional practice, improve student learning and increase the overall effectiveness of the educational organization. During training sessions, participants actively engage in outcomes-based activities that are grounded in research and aligned to state and national standards. While responsive to varying client needs, Martin Consulting specializes in increasing teachers’ knowledge of their content standards, facilitating the development, implementation, and use of formative assessments, using data to make informed decisions and identifying and implementing instructional strategies that result in more students learning content at a higher level. Last, Martin Consulting provides technical assistance and support to building level administrators in order to enhance their skills as leaders of learning.
